This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Open and close the restaurant according to company procedures
• Manage daily inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, and waste control
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high performance
• Assist with scheduling and staff coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
• Support management with reporting and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
