RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Is responsible for the effective management and the profitability of all Food and Beverage outlets. Ensures all policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. Deputizes for the Food & Beverage Management Team in their absence.

1. Assists the Food & Beverage Management Team in the day to day operations management of the Food and Beverage department.
2. Assists in conducting on-the-job training with all Food & Beverage staff.
3. Be responsible for Health and Safety Audits
4. Requisitions and obtains equipment and supplies needed for the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
5. Assists in conductingmeetings with Food & Beverage staff 
6. Oversees the general functioning of the Food & Beverage areas during service times.
7. Handles patrons’ complaints for Restaurant and Bar area.
8. Rosters staff according to occupancy and the labor grid.
