REGIONAL MANAGER, PUBLIC RELATIONS
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of regional public relations strategies, working closely with resort teams, corporate communications, and external partners to enhance brand visibility, manage media relations, and support key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing regional PR strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Managing relationships with local and regional media outlets
- Coordinating press visits, media stays, and influencer engagements
- Drafting and distributing press releases, media kits, and communication materials
- Monitoring media coverage and providing insights and reporting on PR performance
- Supporting crisis communication and reputation management efforts
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and resort teams to drive integrated campaigns
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Strong media relations network across the Caribbean and/or international markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple markets or regional portfolios is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
