The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the interview process and facilitating the hiring of qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer).
  • Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews (skills, experience, culture).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment guidance.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends.
  • Participate in recruitment events.
  • Contribute to recruitment policy development.

Requirements:

  • Proven recruitment experience (service-oriented sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Jamaican recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment software, and online sourcing platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
