Prepare pre-contract budgets, monitor budgets and prepare monthly cost reconciliation reports.
Prepare tender packages, negotiate contracts and prepare subcontract agreements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate
Proficient is use of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
Effective communications and interpersonal skills
