ATL Automotive is seeking a Quality Controller to join their team.

Quality Controller
The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring the standard of vehicle repairs is of the highest standard as stipulated by Dealership and ATL Automotive’s Standard Operating Procedures, and all customer concerns are addressed specifically or through general servicing. 

Task Breakdown:
  • Carry out quality control checks as per Company and Dealership standards.
  • Compile and submit data as instructed.
  • When quality control has been completed, the front of the repair order must be stamped and signed.
  • Return the repair order to the appropriate personnel if a vehicle fails.
  • Ensure the technical repairs/diagnoses have been signed by the appropriate supervisor (where applicable).
  • Check on the cleanliness of all vehicles before they are delivered to customers.
  • Ensure each line of operation has been addressed by the Technician.
  • Responsible for signing all service sheets.
  • Ensure vehicle levels have been checked and topped up.
  • Ensure all repairs have been checked for effectiveness and quality.
  • Ensure vehicle has been test driven and confirmed as fault-free.
  • Ensure job cards are accurately filed.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • 5 O-level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.
  • Tertiary Level certification.
  • Local or International Certifications in Auto-Technician or Engineering.
  •  Valid Drivers’ License.
  • Analytical Skills and the ability to multi-task while observing deadlines and forecasting.
  • At least 4 yrs experience in dealership and manufacturing position, and or Accident and Repairs. One of which should be at the supervisory level.
  • Excellent Communication (oral/written) and Interpersonal Relationship Skills.
  • Computer literate with application and software i.e., Windows/Excel/Access/Outlook.
