Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control divisional supply chain activities to achieve strategic and customer service objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency, compliance, and safety across warehouse operations, facilities, and assets.
• Lead quality management, HSSE initiatives, supplier audits, and regulatory obligations.
• Guide, train, and evaluate staff to build capability, foster growth, and ensure effective execution.

The Requirements

• Tertiary Level Education in Business Management or other related field
• Minimum experience of 5 years in a Supervisory/Managerial Role
• Prior experience in Distribution or Retail would be an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent Execution Skills
