Uphold the food safety and quality standards of the Company to satisfy international standards, regulatory agencies and internal standards.

  1. Assist with the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures Manuals.
  2. Perform HACCP checks during Online process.
  3. Monitor for metals or any hazards applying CCP principles.
  4. Check and document the chlorine level in the potable water.
  5. Provide support to Quality Assurance Supervisor to complete any other given task that may be requested from time to time.
  6. Check packaging materials and product packaging specifications for conformance to quality management standards.
  7. Perform daily pre-operation and operational checks of Processing Plant’s machinery, equipment, environment after Sanitation; swab surfaces and recommend to Production Supervisor fit to start processing.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the production process to ensure that products are being produced safely while meeting customer and regulatory requirements (product temperatures, raw material inspection, GMP adherence etc.)
  9. Ensure that the required corrective actions are taken to correct noted deviations/ non-conformances.
  10. Be proactive to significantly reduce/ eliminate process and products non conformances.
  11. Monitor process and collect data for Lobster and Conch programmes.
  12.  Collect, analyze and file / secure all collected production data.
  13. Provide daily updates of inspections and or findings.
  14. Provide weekly written report on assigned department activities, non- conformances and improvements.
  15. Use initiative and make suggestions to improve the quality and appearance of our finished products.
  16. Perform weekly swabbing.
  17. Collect and submit samples for laboratory testing.
  18. Provide a weekly written reports
  19. Assist with department documentation and training.
