Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the standardization of references (product, services, supplies, goods and assets) of the Jamaica complex with the particularities of each business unit, aligned with thePurchasing Center of Excellence (CoE).
Keep updated the evolution of the regulatory framework for purchases (import / export) of Jamaica, taking into account the particularities of each business unit.
Coordinate, implement and monitor the unification of supplier accreditation criteria, requirements (quality, service, storage, transport and contracts) and their standardization in management systems.
Plan, coordinate and monitor the negotiation of framework agreements with the interlocutors designated both for the operation of the business units, as well as from the perspective of projects or special situations (suppliers, authorities, institutions and other organizations).
Coordinate and supervise the prospecting of suppliers for the preparation of service improvement opportunities with their multidisciplinary analysis, the preparation of business cases and their presentation for approval.
Coordinate and monitor the preparation of the budget and monitoring of economic results and the establishment of corrective actions in terms of deviations.
