Pump Attendant

Tropical Tours Limited is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Pump Attendant to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe dispensing of fuel, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service while adhering to company and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED SKILLS:

★    High school diploma Certificate

★    Previous experience in customer service

★    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

★    Attention to detail and organizational skills

★    Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

★    Highly professional and ethical standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

★      Dispense fuel safely to company and customer vehicles

★      Ensure vehicles are turned off prior to fueling

★      Record all fuel transactions accurately in logbooks or digital systems

★      Assist with fuel deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed

★      Report leaks, spills, or equipment malfunctions immediately

★      Maintain cleanliness of the fueling area and comply with safety and environmental standards

★      Provide courteous service to drivers and colleagues

★      Document complaints or incidents and forward them to the supervisor/HR
