Puerto Rico Sales Team Leader, location San Juan, Puerto Rico

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record in driving revenue growth? Join our team as a Sales Manager and take the lead in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with our company’s objectives. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to build lasting relationships. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (preferably MBA)
  • 4 (four) or more years of proven experience in sales management, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. Preferably with extensive experience selling IT services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hugely motivate and develop a high-performing Sales Team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to expanding customer base, penetrating new markets and thinking out of the box
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Customer-centric approach focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM management knowledge
  • Ability to thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapting to continuously changing market conditions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales metrics and KPI’s
  • Preferably having Microsoft or more foundation certifications, e.g., AZ-900 and or AI-900
  • Understanding and executing Microsoft Cloud Solutions, AI and IT services delivery.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Driving the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve the Company’s objectives and revenue targets
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating the Sales Team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing and potential customers (expanding the customer base)
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for (further) growth and optimization
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Conducting regular sales meetings, performance reviews and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement of the Sales Team
  • Managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving and ensuring customer satisfaction, excellence and loyalty
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, forecasting accuracy and market trends to management
  • Staying abreast of industry developments, competitors’ activities and market changes to inform and or adapt sales strategies and tactics
  • Cultivating a culture of accountability, professionalism and excellence within the Sales Team and internally
  • Staying abreast of technological advancements impacting our customers’ industries
  • Successfully achieving and maintaining certifications outlined in the training plan(s)
  • Conducting regular meetings with management to provide updates on strategic initiatives and performance outcomes
  • Abiding by all procedural and or administrative responsibilities and or obligations
  • Any other activity related to the position.
