Account Executive

We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and media-savvy Public Relations Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll not only plan and execute PR campaigns that drive impact and positive brand perception, but also be on the ground managing activations, events, and client coverage.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, and collaborative environment, is passionate about storytelling, and understands that great PR happens both behind the desk and in the field.
Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Organize, execute, and attend PR activities, client events, and brand activations, including on-site client coverage.
Manage interviews, press events, and other public-facing initiatives, ensuring flawless execution.
Track and measure campaign performance using KPIs, media monitoring, and analytics.
Write, edit, and distribute press releases, feature articles, speeches, and other media-ready content.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Utilize both traditional and digital media channels to maximize campaign reach and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
Prepare reports, proposals, and campaign presentations for clients.
Provide crisis communications support when required.
Represent the agency and clients professionally at all times.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or a similar role.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
Proficient in social media platforms, monitoring tools, and media outreach platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to work outside of regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by client events and operational demands.
