Role Description

We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and media-savvy Public Relations Account Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kingston, Jamaica. In this role, you’ll plan, develop, and execute PR campaigns that align with our clients brand objectives and drive positive public perception. From building strong media relationships to crafting compelling content, you’ll help shape stories that make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns
• Organize and execute a variety of PR activities, events, and brand activations
• Track and measure campaign performance using KPIs and media metrics
• Utilize traditional and digital media channels to maximize campaign reach
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
• Write and distribute press releases, feature articles, and storytelling.
• Plan and manage interviews, press events, and other public-facing initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports, strategic proposals, and campaign presentations for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficient in social media platforms and media outreach tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in PR, communications, or a similar role
