Property Manager

Join a leading and well-established security company in Jamaica! We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager with an architectural or engineering background to lead the management, maintenance, and enhancement of our facilities to world-class standards.

About the Role

The Property Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring that all company buildings and grounds are efficiently operated, structurally sound, and maintained to international standards. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison with local and global partners on property-related projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and efficiency of company properties and facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise renovation, construction, and repair projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, designs, and project specifications.
• Liaise with international partners, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and service providers to ensure high performance and quality standards.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (master’s degree an asset).
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in property management, facilities management, or architectural project supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar design/project software.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
