We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across our property portfolio.
Annual Salary: $6,000,000 JMD (base salary, along with a performance-based incentives/bonus opportunities)

Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial and/or residential properties.
Ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper upkeep, safety, and compliance.
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
Prepare detailed financial, occupancy, and performance reports for management.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance, security, and administrative staff.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor/service provider contracts.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize vacancies.
Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and related financial operations.
Manage renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects to enhance property value.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of property management experience (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Strong knowledge of property laws, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant regulations.
Proven experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and operational management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio) and MS Office Suite.
Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or equivalent would be an asset.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle.
