Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all external property operations (excluding in-house services such as chefs, butlers, and cleaners)
• Manage and guide maintenance of villas, grounds, and guest relations
• Lead and supervise staff, including gardeners, handymen, and pool technicians
• Oversee accounting processes or work closely with an accountant to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage technical systems, including alarms, CCTV, Wi-Fi, electrical facilities, irrigation, and pools
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day repairs and garden maintenance
• Prepare and manage tendering for major repairs and upgrades
• Ensure smooth collaboration with service providers and contractors
• Detailed weekly reporting and liaising with principle

Requirements

• Property Management qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised university or college preferred)
• Proven track record in property management with verifiable experience and with valid work permit in Barbados
• Strong technical knowledge of estate systems and facilities
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
• Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects
• Valid driving licence
• Garden maintenance knowledge essential
