Promotions Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels of promotional items to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess stock placement, shelf space and visibility.

• Identify and capitalize on new promotional opportunities.
• Set and track targets and performance KPIs for the team.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies that boost sales.
• Track the effectiveness of promotions and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors and partners.
• Negotiate promotional agreements to secure the best opportunities.

• Lead, coach and mentor the promotions team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Conduct regular promotions meetings and performance reviews to track progress.
• Provide training and support to ensure the team stays updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Foster a high-performance promotions culture focused on customer service and results.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in promotions, trade marketing or brand activation.
• Strong understanding of retail promotions, consumer behavior and market trends.
• Experience in budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
