The role involves managing projects from site selection and lease coordination to construction oversight and final project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

As a client-side Project Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver new developments and renovations that meet local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Selection & Lease Coordination

  • Identify and assess potential locations.
  • Manage approvals and secure necessary leases.

• Project Feasibility & Budget Management

  • Prepare and track detailed project budgets.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure efficiency.

• Design Development

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and franchisors.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Construction Planning & Coordination

  • Supervise construction activities and track progress.
  • Manage project schedules and resources.

• Procurement & Contract Management

  • Oversee purchasing and contract negotiations.
  • Manage acquisition of materials and equipment.

• Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Obtain necessary feedback and approvals.

• Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates.

• Risk Management & Conflict Resolution

  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Resolve project-related disputes.

• Project Closeout & Final Accounts

  • Ensure projects meet required standards.
  • Document final reports and review lessons learned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial or QSR projects.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and site acquisition.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, franchisor requirements, and statutory approvals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
