The successful candidate will coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors, manage stakeholder communication, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

*****Key Responsibilities*****

- Lead project planning sessions and define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

- Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

- Prepare reports for management, including risk assessments, financial summaries, and project updates.

- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and health and safety requirements.

- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing issues promptly.

- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.

  

*****Qualifications & Experience*****

- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a project management role.

- Experience working in Trinidad and Tobago or the Caribbean region is an asset.

- Strong knowledge of local regulatory and HSE standards.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent project management tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

 

*****Working Conditions*****

- Office-based with frequent site visits.

- May require occasional travel within Trinidad and Tobago and to regional project sites.where projects will be starting for the duration of the Project

- Flexible working hours depending on project needs.

- Ensures compliance with local laws, regulations, and health and safety requirements.

- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing issues promptly.
