Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing HVAC installation projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. If you have a background in Mechanical Engineering, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead a team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: 

1. Prepare HVAC designs for residential, commercial, and applied air conditioning projects, focusing on efficiency and health and safety.

2. Manage the installation of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF systems, and ventilation systems.

3. Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure a smooth workflow on job sites.

4. Finalize local costs, including labor contracts, site costs, accommodation, and transportation.

5. Monitor project budgets, prepare post-completion cost summaries, and contribute to future tendering processes.

6. Supervise installation contractors and project teams, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

7. Manage communication with clients, prepare reports, and lead site meetings.

8. Collaborate on developing time and cost-saving approaches to job execution.

9. Provide feedback on issues to estimation, tenders, and project planning teams.

10. Ensure timely closure of projects to meet budgeted revenues.

Qualifications:

- Minimum undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 2-3 years of experience in project management.

- Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.

- Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, suppliers, and technical support groups.

- Ability to solve practical and theoretical problems in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment: 

- Approximately 20-30% office-based, with the remaining time spent on engineering construction sites.

- Exposure to elements such as heat, noise, and physical hazards during site visits.

- Use of engineering instruments, computers, telephones, and audiovisual equipment.
