The Project Coordinator will provide essential support in streamlining inventory management, storeroom operations, and project-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and contractors. This role requires a hands-on individual capable of improving processes, tracking workflows, and ensuring timely execution of assigned projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project 1: Storeroom Process & Inventory Management Improvement

The Project Coordinator shall:

· Assess current storeroom operations, storage methods, and inventory control processes. 

· Develop and implement improved systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

· Streamline order tracking, stock rotation, requisition procedures, and overall storeroom workflow.

· Provide recommendations, documentation, and regular reporting on findings and improvements.

 

Project 2: Fibre Project Support

The Project Coordinator shall:

· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fibre-related tasks, including installation, upgrades, and system integration.

· Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure proper communication and implementation. 

· Monitor project progress, maintain timelines, and identify/resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Future Scope Review 

Upon completion of the initial project assignments, the scope of work and continuation of the contract will be reviewed by the Property Owner. Any expanded duties, extensions, or renewal terms will be determined and mutually agreed upon in writing.

 

Qualifications & Skills

· Bsc in Project Management or equivalent field of study

· Experience in project coordination, inventory management, or operations (hospitality sector experience an asset).

· Strong analytical and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Competent in documentation, reporting, and process development.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

 

Compensation 

A competitive salary and allowances will be offered, commensurate with experience.
