This role is heavily focused on events coordination, logistics, stakeholder support, and on-the-ground execution to ensure a seamless participant and volunteer experience. It requires a proactive individual who is highly organised, flexible, and comfortable with manual elements of event setup.
Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of CSR-related events and activities.
Assist with event set-up, registration, venue preparation, décor, signage, materials, and breakdown.
Maintain project timelines, task lists, and status trackers to ensure deliverables are met.
Coordinate event logistics including venue arrangements, equipment, transportation, vendors, and supplies.
Manage inventory of event materials, equipment, and branded items.
Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and distribution of materials (includes some lifting).
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and volunteers to support event execution.
Provide administrative and on-site support to volunteers, talent teams, and community stakeholders.
Assist with communication, briefings, and updates to ensure alignment and readiness.
Provide clerical and administrative support including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Support reporting through collection of participation data, feedback, and event records.
Assist with post-event debriefs, lessons learned, thank-you communications, and reporting.

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in event coordination, project support, CSR/community engagement, or administrative roles.
Experience working on events or community engagement initiatives is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and early mornings as required.
Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and transporting items (up to 25–30 lbs).
Comfortable standing for extended periods during event activities.
