Objective:

Incorporate young people with high potential in the maintenance field to be developed also in different areas of the company, to enrich the talent pool and successors levels.

 

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Execute all maintenance jobs; planned or unplanned.
  • Review downtime report; plan and execute corrective action in conjunction with the Production team.
  • Plant radio system – All serving and new purchases.
  • Plant lighting – New installations and maintenance of existing.
  • Maintenance of FLS PLC System.
  • Assist in electrical shutdown planning.
  • Ensure and maintain safety by conducting analyses and assessments prior to starting a job.
  • Provide prompt response to emails and calls.
  • Create and follow work orders and purchase requisitions.
  • All other duties assigned.

 

Required Education / Expertise / Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Results oriented
  • Problem solving and conflict management
  • Planning, organization and negotiation skills
  • Customer centricity, interpersonal relationships and good communication skills

 

Required Experience:

Recently graduated professionals or post graduated studies with a maximum of 3 years of work experience related to the career.
