Main duties and responsibilities
•Monitor competitor activities and trends while supporting appropriate strategies in response while seeking new business opportunities to drive innovation and excellence within the respective portfolio to guarantee that each product retains their competitive edge, respond to and pre-empt market changes, increase footfall and strengthen confidence in the “DRLJL price” and build brand loyalty to contribute to the success of the company.
•Support the Area Sales Manager by promoting and selling the Company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
•Develop/maintain strong long-term professional relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders
•Possess in depth-product knowledge in order to provide detailed information about the products, including benefits, usage, and potential side effects.
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
•Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the Company
Experience & Skills
•Minimum of 2-3years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze market data and trends
Qualification
•Graduate Degree in Pharmacology or Basic Medicine
