Production Planner

Seeking an experienced Production Planner to schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities, monitor inventory, and ensure timely order completion. Applicants should have 3+ years' experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

PRODUCTION PLANNER

An exciting opportunity exists for a young, bright, and highly motivated individual to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the position of Production Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as required.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure material availability and efficient production flow.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and planning schedules.
• Ensure optimal utilization of production resources and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Production Planning or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects, including Mathematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Accounting and Inventory Management would be a distinct asset.
