Production Associate

The Production associate focuses on operating machinery to produce concrete blocks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:                   Production Associate   

DEPARTMENT:                   Construction

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operator and Maintain concrete block making machine, including mixing, molding, and curing equipment.
• Load raw material (cement etc) into mixing equipment and ensure proper mixing and delivery of concrete.
• Monitor production process to ensure that blocks meet specific dimension strength and quality standard.
• Identify troubleshoot mechanical issue with the machinery, reporting issues to supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols when operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Keep work area and machinery clean and organized.

• Any other duties that may be assigned periodically.
