Job Summary

Under minimum supervision, be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion of the Company’s products, work closely with distributors, corporate clients and project stakeholders to increase product visibility, win tenders and strengthen the Company’s market presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for products in the local market.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across different agencies and Institutional sectors.
  • Drive participation in public and private tenders, preparing proposals and ensuring timely submission.
  • Support sales campaigns, trade shows and promotional activities to increase market awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, procurement officers, facility managers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits and technical demonstrations to promote solutions and educate clients.
  • Ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the Company’s full product and service offering.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics and Production) to ensure alignment on product availability and pricing.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and contracts to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Provide market intelligence, forecasting and strategic input to management.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve product performance and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain positive work relationships and work productively with support groups within the business, i.e., Marketing, etc.
  • Provide assistance to the Product Manager with all administrative duties.
  • Follow up with ongoing projects and customer’s orders whilst the Product Manager is out of office.
  • Responsible for the implementation and collection of all Accounts Receivables.
  • Attend monthly Sales meetings and/or Marketing meetings as needed.
  • Ensure that your workstation is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Perform any other job related duties that may be specified/assigned by the Directors and/or Product Manager.

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, PowerPoint etc.), internet, and e-mails

  • Basic accounting procedures
  • Performing administrative work.
  • Developing and maintaining files and records
  • Working as part of an integral team always considering your colleagues
  • Creating, composing and editing written materials
  • Gathering data, compiling information and preparing reports

  • Time Management and flexibility
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to interact with staff at all levels, inclusive of senior management
  • Must be proficient in using marketing tools and platforms with a strong understanding of social media management.
