The Product Marketing Specialist supports sales and client engagement by creating tailored materials that promote patient engagement solutions. They combine healthcare insight, creativity, and project management to boost brand consistency and sales impact.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Develop, write, and design sales enablement collateral—including presentations, one-pagers, case studies,
advertisements, and product sheets—to specifically support marketing of our Access & Acquisition solutions.
2. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales to tailor materials for specific prospective clients,
ensuring alignment with their unique needs and pain points.
3. Partner closely with sales, product, and clinical teams to translate complex solution features into clear, compelling
value propositions for healthcare providers, payers, and health tech and services companies.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Carenet’s offerings, including patient acquisition and loyalty,
appointment management, AI-powered communication, telehealth, and patient engagement platforms.
5. Gather and incorporate market, competitor, and client insights to refine messaging, promotional strategies and
collateral, ensuring materials reflect the latest industry trends and Carenet’s differentiators.
6. Support the creation of content for digital campaigns, webinars, events, and client meetings, adapting messaging
for various channels and audiences.
7. Ensure all materials adhere to Carenet’s brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
8. Track collateral usage and effectiveness, gathering feedback from sales and clients to inform continuous
improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, production design, or sales
enablement—preferably within healthcare, health tech, or related B2B industries.
3. Demonstrated ability to create engaging, persuasive marketing and sales materials for B2B audiences.
4. Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
5. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to distill complex healthcare solutions into clear,
client-ready messaging.
6. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms) and digital content
creation.
7. Experience supporting sales teams in healthcare technology, patient access, or telehealth environment preferred.
