Product Developer

We are looking for a Product Developer to lead the commercial journey of our products from inception to a successful market launch.

Carlisle Laboratories Ltd, a part of the Agostini Ltd. group of companies, is a pharmaceutical manufacturer, locally producing a trusted range of OTC and prescription medications.

In this pivotal role, you will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, identify high-potential product opportunities, forecast demand, and deliver coordinated product launch plans. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure every product meets commercial targets, regulatory standards, and operational requirements while strengthening our position in both local and regional markets.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• At least five years’ experience in product development, commercial strategy, or marketing in the pharmaceutical, consumer, or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching products.
• Strong market and competitor analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills (Project Management certification is an asset).
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of branding principles and consumer behaviour.
• Local travel required; must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
• Overseas travel may be required; must have and maintain a valid passport and requisite visas.
