Are you passionate about procurement operations and digital workflow optimization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? KPMG JESS is seeking a Procurement System Support Specialist to support our U.S. member firm’s Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) operations.


About the Role:
As a Procurement System Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for Microsoft Azure Front Door and ServiceNow platforms. You’ll provide real-time support, streamline intake processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across procurement systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Monitor and triage ServiceNow intakes, ensuring prompt and accurate routing.
  • ​Lead Category Manager assignments via “The Front Door” within defined SLAs.
  • ​Deliver exceptional customer service and support to SSP colleagues.
  • ​Resolve misrouted requests and assist with remediation efforts.
  • ​Identify system gaps and propose solutions for process optimization.
  • ​Report progress on improvement initiatives to process leads.

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • ​Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • ​Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • ​Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • ​Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Special Conditions

  • KJESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
  • Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
  • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
