The suitable candidate should possess the following:

Requirements and Experience

• Degree in Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent
• Three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of SAP
• Comparative Analysis, Inventory and Purchasing skills

Responsibilities and Duties include: 

• Forecast daily supply and demand to maintain healthy inventory levels; preventing overstocking and running out-of-stock
• Monitor all inventory orders, using documented data in order to analyze supply and demand and make projections
• Take note of order errors and develop immediate resolutions
• Monitors the grades and quality of products received to ensure they meet the hotel’s established standards
• Maintain and update file with the prepayments request and the payments status
• Performs other duties as assigned.
