Main Responsibilities inlcude:
1. Overall departmental assistance in terms of procurement policies, processes, management regulations, and cases
2. Organization of meetings and trainings(conference room reservation, meeting minutes compilation, and task tracking of each team)
3. Document management (mailing and archiving of general agreements and external letters, and checking the standardization of rules)
4. Task tracking: Assist the PPM in tracking daily issues related to subcontractor resources, monitoring abnormal data
Requirements and Knowledge:
1. Bachelors Degree or combination of qualifications and experience will be considered. New Graduates encouraged. (Procurement, trade, finance, Telecom business)
2. Proficiency and knowledge of category management within the Telecoms industry (Preferred)
3. Be proficient in the procurement business environment and business model.
4. Familiarity with local laws and regulations, international trade, and import/export knowledge.
5. Be serious and responsible, follow up the start and closure of work.
6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, if also have Chinese, Spanish language ability is preferred.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, able to quickly establish good trust with different organizations and individuals.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Excellent learning ability, continuous attention to industry trends, with keen insight;
9. Able to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility
10. Have good summary output ability, intermidiate level knowledge in Windows series tools, such as Excel, PPT, Word, etc.
