Job Summary

The Procurement & Inventory Manager is responsible for overall supply chain management and the entire order cycle to support strategic sourcing and demand planning in the QSR sector. This role focuses on budget control and optimizing procurement processes to support fast service and high turnover. The goal is to enhance business development, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Create procurement plans that reflect seasonal demands and menu innovations in the QSR environment.
  2. Lead promotional procurement efforts to align with marketing initiatives, enhancing customer appeal.
  3. Direct inventory management processes to ensure quick turnover and availability of high demands.
  4. Analyze QSR-specific trends to anticipate demand fluctuations and manage inventory accordingly.
  5. Monitor budget allocations, focusing on cost control and waste reduction.
  6. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  7. Monitor supplier delivery performance against purchasing plans.
  8. Actively create risk-free opportunities to reduce costs and expenditure.
  9. Establish mitigation actions for behind-schedule or at-risk deliveries.
  10. Prepare accurate reports for the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in QSR or food services, 3 of which should be at a senior level. Expertise in high-volume purchasing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to statistical forecasting methods, data analysis, and trend interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
