To provide support to the Chief in the department, promoting automation and supplier onboarding on behalf of the company, while adhering to the Company’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.

  1. Ensure adherence to the Company’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. Promote the optimisation and use of the tools in the department.
  2. Generate short term negotiations that ensure best cost of goods/services in the operation. Manage the creation of catalogues for goods and services.
  3. Manage vendor code extensions and creations, eSHOP supplier enablement and master data updates. Generate relevant reports and submit as required to the Chief.
  4. Assist in managing the closing out of purchase orders in a timely manner ensuring timelines are met as per procurement and financial requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain effective communication with internal users and suppliers. Assist with the resolution of Platform challenges with areas of support, suppliers and/or users.
  6. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Procurement Chief.
