Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, ensuring that sourcing, purchasing and vendor management processes are conducted efficiently, transparently and in compliance with Samaritan’s Purse requirements.
 
RESPONSPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead procurement processes in line with our policies and procedures
• Manage procurement plans in coordination with program teams
• Maintain and update vendor database
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and selection processes
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support program implementation
• Support forecasting and planning to avoid stockouts or delays
• Maintain organized and complete procurement documentation 
• Provide regular updates on status, delays and risks

REQUIEMENTS

• Maintain a personal relationship with and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Three or more years’ experience in this field
• Experience in NGO, donor-funded or audit-sensitive environments preferred
• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Proven ability in vendor negotiation and contract coordination
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
