Processing Operator

The Packaging Operator has responsibility for the efficient and safe use of machines, ensuring that products meet the required specifications and are in support of the company's overall strategy and goals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain blending and mixing equipment in accordance with approved procedures, formulations, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Confirm the measurement and issuance of ingredients and examine raw materials and processing materials to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Conduct liquid transfers, in-process analyses, quality checks, and sample testing to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Perform sanitation, housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and report equipment or process non-conformances as required.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, Quality, and applicable ISO/FSSC standards.
• Maintain operational records, stock levels, shift handovers, and support continuous improvement and departmental objectives.
