Process Plant Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Process Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring plant machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of carbonated and still beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and chemical concentrations to maintain optimal conditions.

• Adjust equipment and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to sustain productivity.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.

• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.

• Support maintenance teams with repairs and equipment upgrades.

• Monitor product quality through sampling and testing to meet specifications.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, maintenance, and quality control data.

• Collaborate with team members including supervisors, engineers, and maintenance staff to resolve issues and coordinate operations.

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma in Process Plant Operations or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of plant operations, machinery, and production processes.

• Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and regulations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly.

• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
