In this role, you will provide operational support for the pricing platform (Certinia). You will be responsible for building Salescloud reports, testing platform enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named Jamaica Extended Support Services (“JESS”) operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will provide operational support for the pricing platform (Certinia). You will be responsible for building Salescloud reports, testing platform enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. As the central point of contact for project-related communications, you will facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely project execution. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, contribute to the development of project management tools, and provide ad-hoc support for high-priority initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Special Delivery

  • Provide operational support on the Certinia Pricing Platform, including triage ticketing and updating necessary master data elements
  • Build various Certinia Salescloud reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Test upcoming enhancements and fixes for the pricing platform providing proper documentation and recording test results
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating smooth collaboration across teams
  • Organize and lead project meetings, setting agendas, tracking action items, ensuring follow-up on key decisions
  • Maintaining engagement and alignment with key stakeholders
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and schedule
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the project management framework to enhance efficiency and deliverable quality
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, contributing to the development of standardized templates and tools
  • Oversee execution of pricing strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and coordinating timely delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring it remains current, accurate, and accessible to team members and leadership
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Pricing & Commercial Enablement team on high-priority initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Assist with urgent tasks requested by leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience; experience in professional services, finance or IT preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce Technology is preferred
  • Experience in Certinia Pricing Platform is a plus
  • Solid verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgement skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and influence change
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and work well within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
  • You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks.
  • Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
  • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
