We are seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-School Teacher who is animated, empathetic, patient, and passionate about shaping the next generation of brilliant young minds in a fun, play-based environment.
The Pre-School Teacher will implement a comprehensive, play-based curriculum that integrates music, dance, drama, and visual arts into daily instruction. The successful candidate will foster creativity, confidence, and self-expression while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Implement a comprehensive curriculum integrating performing arts into daily lessons and activities
Design age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans that foster creativity, confidence, and self-expression
Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment encouraging participation and collaboration
Utilize diverse instructional methods and resources to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized feedback and developmental support
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
Organize and coordinate special events, performances, and showcases
Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and performing arts pedagogy
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Performing Arts, or a related field
Valid CDA Teaching Certification or license
SCARS Certification
CPR Certification
Less than 1 year experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
Experience working with preschool-aged children (performing arts environment preferred)
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood methodologies
Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate performing arts activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community partners
Passion for performing arts and early childhood development
