JOB SUMMARY

PBS Technologies (Trinidad) Limited is seeking a highly energetic and dynamic individual for the role of Pre-Sales Consultant. This role will play a pivotal one in the sales cycle by bridging the gap between customer needs and the technical capabilities of our products and services. The Pre-Sales Consultant will work closely with the sales and technical teams to design and present tailored solutions that address client requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and PBS’ offerings.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including architecture, workflows, costings, estimates.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet the client’s objectives.
  • Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client use cases.
  • Develop and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the technical and business value of PBS solutions.
  • Partner with Sales Executives and Business Development Managers to craft winning strategies.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and Tenders with detailed technical input
  • Transition technical and solution-related details to the implementation and delivery teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and portals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or consulting role.
  • Proven experience and understanding of cost models and cost-saving execution.
  • Proven understanding of the ICT industry trends and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, or relevant technologies in PBS’s domain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the client.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Ability to learn new technologies in a short timeframe.
  • Holder of a valid drivers permit and a sound working vehicle
