Portfolio Analyst

As a key member of the unit, the incumbent will have duties including creating financial models, forecasting the returns on investment for different business ventures and conducting industry research to inform decision making.

• • Perform analysis on investment opportunities
  • Prepare documentation and conduct activities in support of strategic objectives for the Loan, Lease, Mezzanine, and other portfolios of the Company.
  • Monitor investments or funds managed.
  • Prepare documentation for factoring of receivables.
  • Manage customer and investor relationships.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
  • Execute administrative and operational tasks in support of the investment unit.
