The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of guests using the pool facilities while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor poolside areas to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture, towels, and equipment.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide information on pool services and amenities.
• Inspect pool areas for cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
• Provide basic first aid or alert emergency services if necessary.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Assist in pool-related activities or events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of pool safety procedures.
• Certification in lifeguarding or first aid (an asset but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange poolside furniture and equipment.
