We are a local podiatry office seeking a reliable and professional Patient Care & Scheduling Representative to manage inbound and outbound phone calls. This role is focused on scheduling patient appointments, providing information about our podiatry services, and delivering excellent customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Educate callers on podiatry services offered by the office
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and services
  • Maintain accurate patient information in the scheduling system
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the practice professionally

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent phone presence and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
