Plant Support & Controls Manager

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead Plant maintenance, facilities operations, and asset reliability within a face paced manufacturing environment while building a high-performing technical team.

Success in this role means - high equipment uptime, reliable utilities and facilities, controlled maintenance costs, zero repeat breakdowns, and a well-led technical team.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance to     achieve uptime targets
• Oversee plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, continuous operations
• Improve equipment and systems performance using engineering best practices
• Analyse downtime and eliminate repeat failures
• Reporting and the management of maintenance and facilities costs
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance and facilities teams

  Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment performing a similar role.
• Proven experience with high-voltage electrical systems
• Experience managing utilities and facilities functions
• Strong leadership and problem-solving and cost management skills
