The Plant Manager directs block and ready-mix operations, ensuring production efficiency,workforce management, cost control, and safety. Responsible for Globmac block and MCT batching systems, the Plant Manager drives performance aligned with strategic business needs.

Position Summary:

The Plant Manager directs block and ready-mix operations, ensuring production efficiency,workforce management, cost control, and safety. Responsible for Globmac block and MCT batching systems, the Plant Manager drives performance aligned with strategic business needs.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant operations across block, ready mix, maintenance, and admin.
• Supervise frontline leads and ensure accountability for targets.
• Ensure block and ready mix production targets are met consistently.
• Monitor preventive maintenance programs and Globmac & MCT equipment efficiency.
• Track production costs, wastage, and variance reporting.
• Deliver weekly KPI and financial reports to GM & CFO.
• Train and develop supervisors and operators to ensure skill development.

KPI’s

• Block output ≥ 6,000/day
• Ready mix ≥ 50 yd³/day
• Plant uptime ≥ 95%
• Production cost variance ≤ 5%
• Zero safety incidents

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of Globmac block plant and MCT batching systems.
• Strong operational leadership and cost control skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering/construction management.
• 7+ years in plant operations, 3+ in leadership.
