Photographer and Photo Sales Agent (Temporary)

Dolphin Cove Limited is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and creative individuals to join our team as Photographer / Photo Sales Agents. This role is ideal for persons who are passionate about photography, enjoy engaging with people, and are motivated by sales and guest service excellence

Position: Photographer / Photo Sales Agent

Location: Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios & Yaaman Adventure Park

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Guest Experience

• Capture high-quality photographs of guests during tours, animal encounters, attractions, and special moments.

• Create a fun, professional, and welcoming environment that encourages guest participation and repeat business.

• Ensure proper use and care of photography equipment.

Photo Sales & Customer Service

• Actively promote and sell photo packages and related products to guests.

• Assist guests with viewing, selecting, and purchasing their photos.

• Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company procedures.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Image Processing & Systems

• Upload, edit, organize, and manage digital images using the company’s photo systems.

• Accurately link images to guests and maintain organized digital records.

• Report any system or equipment issues promptly.

Operations & Compliance

• Adhere to company policies, attraction safety rules, and animal interaction guidelines.

• Maintain clean, organized photo areas and sales stations.

• Support team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or photography certification is an asset).

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in photography, retail sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Comfortable using digital cameras, computers, and photo software.

• Basic photo editing skills are an asset.

• Ability to learn and use point-of-sale and photo management systems.
