Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and support pharmacy operations across our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiency through performance analysis, workflow optimization, and inventory control.
• Oversee compliance with pharmacy laws, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead training and development, including onboarding, SOPs, CE(Continuing Education) programs, and staff support.
• Provide hands-on assistance with prescription processing, OTC sales, stock management, and customer service as needed.
• Foster a culture of efficiency, and customer care.

Key Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Pharmacy License with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing pharmacist.
• At least 3 years’ experience in pharmacy management would be an asset.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to patient care.
