In this role, you’ll be part of a pioneering effort to onboard pharmacies onto a cutting-edge technology platform, ensuring they and their clients benefit from drug discounts and enhanced services. You will work closely with the Agostini’s Innovation Lab, pharmacies, and drug distributors to implement new technology that benefits both pharmacy and patients alike.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Pharmacy Integration Assistant, you will play a key role in onboarding pharmacies on a new technology platform that will improve efficiency in managing and supporting patient support services. Your role will focus on relationship management, setting up accounts, and ensuring that pharmacies maximize the benefits of our platform. You will engage directly with pharmacies owners and managers, helping them to provide better services to their clients, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of our technology.
JOB DUTIES
  1. Onboarding & Training
    • Onboard and train pharmacies on our cutting-edge technology platform, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
  2. Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain relationships with pharmacies, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored support.
    • Work closely with drug distributor and large pharmacies to ensure seamless integration and partnership success.
  3. Customer Support
    • Support pharmacies and their clients throughout their healthcare journey, offering guidance and solutions to improve their experience.
  4. Feedback & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the Innovation Lab to provide feedback and insights on the platform, contributing to ongoing improvements.
  5. Industry Awareness
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to provide informed support and recommendations.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  2. Enthusiastic about engaging with people and interested in helping them navigate healthcare technology.
  3. Proficient in using technology and tools available to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus, but not required.
  6. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
