We are looking for a individual to fill our Pharmaceuticals Sales Role. We are seeking a driven, intelligent, deeply curious individual who wants to grow fast and do meaningful work. Someone mission-driven, disciplined, and committed to mastering their craft.

Medical Sales Representative (East Trinidad)

Who We Are

For over 30 years, we have been one of the leaders in pharmaceutical distribution in Trinidad & Tobago. Our mission is simple and unwavering:

To give people the profound knowing that their health, their business, and their lives can get better—and the confidence and support to make that progress real.

We look for people who resonate with our values and who want to do the best work of their lives while growing as human beings.

What It Means to Work Here

To do your best work requires operating at a genuinely high level of mastery.
To operate at a high level requires passion, curiosity, humility, and commitment.

If the energy that drives you is primarily extrinsic, this will not be the right environment.
But if you are fueled by growth, excellence, contribution, and meaning—what you learn here will stay with you for life.

Read the above paragraph three times.

Location

This role serves the East Trinidad territory, engaging primarily with pharmacies, doctors, and health institutions.

CORE OUTCOMES & ROUTINES FOR SUCCESS

Each outcome is supported by the critical routines and expectations that define the performance.

Outcome 1: Grow the Territory Through Meaningful Customer Impact

You consistently expand the company's presence, influence, and sales results in the East Trinidad region by adding value to pharmacies, doctors, and health institutions.

Critical Routines

  • Present, promote, and sell products using strong clinical and commercial arguments.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Track territory potential and identify new leads, whitespace, and growth opportunities.

Expectations

  • You clearly articulate how each product improves patient outcomes and customer operations.

  • Customers look forward to your visits — you become a valued partner, not a salesperson.

  • You actively create demand rather than wait for orders.

  • You grow both depth (existing customers) and breadth (new customers).

Outcome 2: Run a High-Performance Sales System with Precision and Autonomy

You execute a structured, disciplined, and data-driven sales process that enables predictable results and transparent communication.

Critical Routines

  • Maintain accurate daily call reports, weekly plans, and territory analyses.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution (inventory, logistics, marketing, management).

  • Submit complete and accurate orders using approved price lists and product materials.

  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.

 Expectations

  • Your reporting allows management to “see the territory through your notes.”

  • You own your outcomes — no micromanagement necessary.

  • You manage your customers like a disciplined sales athlete.

  • You progressively increase the accuracy of your forecasts.

Outcome 3: Elevate Customer Experience & Strengthen Loyalty

You ensure that every customer interaction builds trust, solves problems, and positions the company as the most reliable partner in the industry within the segments it competes in.

Critical Routines

  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and following through to resolution.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and self-study.

  • Monitor competitor activity; communicate insights internally.

  • Recommend changes in products, service, or policy based on real field data.

Expectations

  • Customers describe you as responsive, dependable, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented.

  • You anticipate customer needs before they arise.

  • You act as an educator, helping customers understand product use, protocols, and clinical considerations.

  • You measurably improve customer business results.

Outcome 4: Demonstrate Continuous Growth & Mastery

You grow as a practitioner and as a human being, contributing to the culture and raising the bar for yourself and others.

Critical Routines

  • Engage in weekly learning (sales, product knowledge, health, productivity, wellbeing).

  • Apply new knowledge in the field — experiment, refine, and improve.

  • Seek, receive, and integrate feedback.

  • Uphold the company’s values in all actions and interactions.

 Expectations

  • Your skill level rises quarterly and it is visible and measurable.

  • You contribute insights and innovations that help the team win.

  • You remove ego, politics, and drama from your interactions.

  • You demonstrate character: discipline, humility, ownership, curiosity.

Who Thrives Here

For the last 13 years, we have grown by focusing on:

  • Relentless clarity of outcomes

  • Strong team synergies

  • Continuous adaptation

  • Deep commitment to our task

We want someone who is:

  • Super-intelligent and deeply curious

  • High energy and optimistic

  • Mission-driven, not job-driven

  • Allergic to office politics

  • Committed to becoming a better human first and a better worker second

  • Intrinsically motivated

Education

degree is required.
A science degree is preferred, but the deciding factor is a learner’s mindset.

Technical words such as Acetaminophen, Acetazolamide, Amitriptyline, etc., should not intimidate you. We will train you deeply  but you must be willing to learn deeply.

Experience

We hire for values first. Some of our best performers had little or no prior experience. Experience matters only when paired with measurable achievements.

If you list past roles, be prepared to describe what you accomplished — not just the tasks you performed.

Requirements

  • You must have your own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).

  • A degree (science preferred, but all fields considered).

  • Computer literacy (Word/Sheets required; Excel is a plus).

  • Strong work ethic and reliable tactical execution.

  • Comfort working in an environment of high autonomy and clear outcomes rather than micromanagement.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to master new material (sales, health, productivity, wellbeing).

Our Guiding Philosophy

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that the customer’s life is the center of our business and our meaning.
We move forward refusing to play small, seeing every problem as an opportunity.
We integrate perspectives rather than choose sides, building for today and tomorrow.
We act boldly, with the right to speak, ask, challenge, improve, and fail in service of our mission.
We affirm that no individual wins if the team loses, and that all people deserve an environment of trust, openness, care, and respect.
No challenge can withstand continuous learning, and only deep commitment and accountability will suffice as we cement our legacy.”
