Job Title: PCM Associate (People Change Management Associate)

Location: Remote/Caribbean Region

Role Purpose:

The PCM Associate supports people change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of organizational changes. This role focuses on coordinating training activities, tracking change adoption, and supporting stakeholders throughout transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of people change management activities across projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions to support change readiness
  • Track change adoption metrics and user engagement to measure effectiveness
  • Assist in developing change communication and training materials
  • Collaborate with project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to support change initiatives
  • Monitor feedback and identify areas for improvement in change adoption strategies
  • Maintain documentation related to change activities, training schedules, and adoption tracking

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting people change management or organizational change initiatives
  • Experience coordinating training sessions and managing training logistics
  • Understanding of change adoption tracking and user engagement metrics
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to structured change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Experience supporting transformation or digital change programs
